In this role, you will onboard new vendors, strengthen existing relationships, and support partner sales teams with tailored financing programs. You’ll monitor pipeline activity, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with sales, underwriting, and operations to ensure efficient deal flow and execution.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation & Funding Specialist to manage complex equipment finance transactions from documentation through funding. In this role, you will review credit approvals, prepare and modify lease and loan documentation, coordinate closings with clients and vendors, and ensure transactions meet credit terms and regulatory requirements. You will also manage UCC filings, validate supporting documentation, and work closely with sales, underwriting, and operations to ensure accurate and timely funding.
Requirements & traits:
- 4+ years equipment finance or lending operations experience
- Strong knowledge of lease and loan documentation and funding processes
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadline
