Michael has been a minority partner of Jules and Associates since 1998. As a Senior Vice President/Sales Manager, he oversees the entire sales staff in the company’s Los Angeles and Irvine offices, and has direct report responsibilities including all senior account executives and sales management. Michael is primarily responsible for growing revenues through macro-level decision making, such as determining marketing strategies based on current capital market conditions. In addition to this, he remains involved in multiple facets of lease transactions, including structuring proposals, completing credit reviews, and acting as the point person in negotiating contracts and pricing proposals. Michael’s prior experience in the Pharmaceutical and Banking industries have translated well into his ability to successfully build Jules and Associates into a top independent leasing company.

Jacqueline Demirjian is a Senior Sales Manager for Jules and Associates, Inc. An accomplished Sales Executive with over 10 years of experience in the equipment financing and leasing industry, she trains and manages a sales team to ensure that long term relationships are created while placing the utmost emphasis on meeting the financial goals of her clients. Jacqueline is responsible for all aspects of the sales process. She began focusing on nonprofit organizations in 2009 as a Senior Member of the YMCA Team, having now over 40% of the YMCA’s in the US as clients. She is a proud Alumnus of the University of Southern California.

Paul has over two decades of experience in the equipment financing and leasing industry and has been instrumental in building the company’s portfolio over the past twenty years. He has trained and managed sales teams in addition to overseeing a successful vendor leasing program and client portfolio of his own. Paul’s expertise spans a variety of equipment types and industries including manufacturing, medical and the legal marketplace. Paul is highly versed in credit analysis, contract negotiation and the technical aspects associated with different types of collateral. Javier has been a Senior Account Executive and senior member of the Corporate Marketing Team at the firm since 2004. He began focusing on the Legal, Food Services, Manufacturing, Construction and Distribution industries as of 2007 and has been funding transactions for small to mid-sized companies ever since. His specialty is structuring Capital Lease structures, in which the Lessee keeps the equipment at the End of Term while taking advantage of the Depreciation through the life of the lease. In addition, he provides Off-Balance Sheet Financing and Operating Lease agreements upon request.
Javier is originally from the East Bay in Northern California and has now resided in West Los Angeles for the past 10 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish Linguistics at University of California, Los Angeles in 2004.

Ken has over 17 years of corporate finance experience where he has originated and structured transactions for Corporations throughout the U.S. Ken’s background also includes high level analysis having served as Regional Manager for several years. His background encompasses additional valuable duties such as; credit analysis, management, training, and pricing analysis. Ken has a strong background of developing customized financing solutions within segments that require significant understanding of their capitalization needs and industry specialization. Ken also understands the benefits of working with a Private Independent Lessor versus conventional Bank financing having worked for over 10 years within the banking with both Security Pacific National Bank and subsequently Bank of America. Ken also holds a degree in Corporate Finance – Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
