Our Account Executives in the marketing department deal directly with key decision makers throughout the United States, establishing relationships and creating financial solutions that are both creative and cost effective.
We provide lease and debt financing services for a variety of public and private companies throughout the United States, ranging from manufacturers to service related companies. SALES POSITIONS
Account Executive
The Jules and Associates, Inc. Account Executive position is a fulltime position for individuals who are energetic, self-motivated and persistent. We provide each Account Executive with personalized training to match his or her skills to the needs of Jules and Associates and our customers. We will teach you the knowledge and business skills necessary to compete in the world of corporate finance.
The position requires individuals who are articulate and have excellent communication skills in order to negotiate and structure finance transactions on an independent basis. The position pays a base salary with substantial potential to increase your earnings through commissions and bonus structures. Training is an ongoing process and the company fully supports educational advancement for all of its marketing department staff. Advancement into a Sr. Account Executive position is possible for those who are successful.
Senior Account Executive
The Sr. Account Executive position requires an individual with extensive finance industry experience who is able to handle and service a large account base and business volume. Compensation consists of a base salary, commissions and bonuses with no cap on earnings potential. A successful Sr. Account Executive is eligible to advance into a management position within the firm upon achievement of certain skills and performance parameter goals.
Junior Account Executive
We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing, and well-spoken individuals for this position. As a Junior Account Executive, your responsibilities will be to support Senior Account Executives in their daily activities of prospecting for new business and maintaining their current database.
The Junior Account Executive can expect to spend half of their day on the phone cold calling for new business as well as contacting current clients, answering any questions that they may have and trying to generate repeat business. The other half of the day will typically be doing company and competitor research. Company research will include acquiring corporate financial information and completing basic credit analysis. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus bonuses based on performance.
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is an individual who assumes responsibility for up to eight Account Executives and Sr. Account Executives. The individual must possess excellent time management, organization and leadership skills to achieve stated objectives. Other skills needed include a working knowledge of our industry, technical and financial skills and a strong desire to teach and train others. Compensation consists of a base salary, individual as well as group performance bonuses, and commissions.
