Case Study #17 : Architectural Firm
A multinational architectural firm required lease financing for multiple locations, including Shanghai and Dubai.
In another unique situation, a client of ours recently required the funding of a seven figure equipment purchase. However, the equipment was not only located within the United States, but in several locations throughout the world. Most lenders would not be willing to take the risk of doing business in multiple international locations due to the complex tax and legal issues that exist today. By filing its UCC Statements at the client’s U.S. corporate location, Jules and Associates was able to complete the funding of equipment located in Shanghai, Dubai and Amsterdam without a hitch. Needless to say, the client was impressed in our flexibility and mentioned that no other lenders were willing to take this on.
