Case Study #15 : Non Profit Organization
We funded $10 million through 58 separate schedules with a large not-for-profit organization in the East Coast.
We originally initiated this relationship on a simple $50k copier deal. We gained the customer’s trust by finding out that the effective rate on one of their existing leases was actually in excess of 20%. Since then we have funded all types of equipment including fitness machines, copiers, software hardware, FF&E and other related collateral. The key to supporting this client has been to track every serial number on every piece of equipment by location, arrange for all the equipment to be packed and shipped at no cost to the customer, and work with over 20 branches. All this has had to be executed while keeping the corporate office in line with all agreements.
